TourSys Modules

TourSys is split into modules that have different functionalities. Below you'll find an explanation of each of the modules and a short demo.

TourSys Quotations allows you create the quotations that your customers request in a fast and efficient way. TourSys calculates the quotation in seconds, sparing you from using electronic sheets and then gives you the option to export a full itinerary in Word, PDF or XML formats.

When the quotation is accepted by your customer, TourSys converts it into a reservation so you can confirm the services with all the providers quoted in the itinerary. Once the suppliers have confirmed all the services of the reservation, the system will send the information to TourSys Operations to assign guides and transport units so everything can be coordinated before the customers arrive.

TourSys Operations allows your staff to be on top of all the reservations. Through the operations panel, your staff can assign guides and drivers to each of the services in the itinerary. TourSys Operations can also send email reminders with all the important information the service provider might need such as pickup and drop-off locations, date and time of service, passenger’s special requests and needs, etc. thus eliminating the need to manually confirm every supplier. TourSys Operations also lets you control all the costs throughout the operation of the service; and once the service has been marked as done, you can choose to send a survey to your customer.

TourSys has integrated the management of Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Petty Cash and miscellaneous expenses with each reservation, which lets you keep a controlled record of income, expenses, and issuance of vouchers. Each transaction recorded in the system automatically generates journal entries and can be sent to your accounting system or exported to Excel, PDF or XML formats. TourSys also allows you to generate real-time profit and loss reports for any interval of time you need.

TourSys Statistics gives you visibility on how your company is doing. TourSys Statistics generates drill down reports and graphs on productivity including the number of quotations versus the number of reservations by employee and profit by customer, by service or by supplier.

TourSys Bot is the best way to interact with your customer at any time of the day. Bot is an intelligent robot that automatically responds to whatever your customer needs through Facebook Messenger. Your customers can request quotations and request information on confirmed reservations. Since Bot has the capability of sending emails to the service providers, your customer can even make reservations without actually talking to someone.
